Close it seem a Japanese steamer, opened is a design fan. It’s called Conbox, and it’s a household fan designed by the Jiyoun Kim Studio in Seoul, Korea.
The real problem of the fans, in fact, is that they are used (and loved!) during summer, when the heat becomes unbearable, but after they spend most of the year gathering dust and… taking up space!
The young designer has then thought about how to make easy the fan storage during periods of inactivity. Fan, pedestal and base come apart easily, becoming one: a small cone that can remain on display in your living room, or be easily withdrawn in a closet.
The forms are linear and clean, the palette is really captivating. Conbox looks really suitable for any interior design.
The fan is also adjustable in height, it is totally controlled by an app on your smartphone, and also includes automatic shutdown.
Here, where we know fans, we just love it! And you?
